  1975 was approaching and for years the society demanded the belief that god instructed these men of bethel to declare 1975 as the date for the end.

  they talked about it in conventions.

  they supported it in many of their publications.

  How do you Spell Disfellowshipped?

  the reason i ask, is that if you search the wt publications, you will see that it is spelled with only one "p" over 600 times, but also spelled with two "p"s 600 times.. .

  very confusing!

  any linguistic experts out there that know which it should be?.

  5 after showing that children are not free from rendering an account, the apostle paul goes on to stress the obligation of the parents before god: "and you, fathers, do not be irritating your children, but go on bringing them up in the discipline and authoritative advice of jehovah.

  since parents will render an account for the way they bring up their children, the question arises: what is jehovah's discipline?.

  i have never had any affection for my mother and this has evolved into full blown hatred.. .

  have been to a counsellor for a number of reasons and she described my mother as a sadist.. .

  Take it from me: DON'T HATE. I'm sure she deserves it, but you do not. You deserve tolet if go and be able to say "she did these things to me, they were wrong, but I am ok" and not care about her cruelty. I know it will take awhile. Just do it for yourself..

  as a kid i got bullied a lot.

  i was taller than all the kids in the class.

  i wore funny clothes - usually hand-me-downs from somewhere or just plain ugly.

  Still thinking is spot on.

  And let's not forget that being exJWs, many of us will have a tendency (me included) to make judgemental, sometimes unkind or rash comments. It's what the religion fosters; negativity.

  Cyber-bullying ( a minor form of it) includes bringing up off-topic things in a forum in order to make the OP look bad.
